- Tofu 10 oz
- Scallions ½ piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Ground coriander 0 oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter 3 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
- Leek ¼ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the liquid from the tofu, place it on a plate, and cut it into cubes. Top the tofu with green onions, chili peppers, and coriander. Drizzle with chili sauce and soy sauce.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, mix sesame oil with olive oil, heat it up significantly, add the leek (5 cm), and sauté until browned. Drizzle the hot oil evenly over the tofu. Serve immediately.
