
Tender Potatoes with Garlic and Thyme

Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Thyme 3 sprigs
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks or as you like.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the potatoes, and sauté for 5-6 minutes without stirring on one side.
Step 3
Flip the potatoes and sauté for another 5-6 minutes on the other side.
Step 4
Carefully pour in the broth and add the lightly crushed garlic cloves and thyme sprigs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover with a lid, reduce the heat when the broth comes to a boil, and cook until tender.
Step 6
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the potatoes to a serving dish.
