Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Butter to taste
- Apple 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the eggs, wash them thoroughly under cold water. Crack them open and carefully separate the whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Add milk, yolks, a pinch of salt, and sugar to the flour, and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. The batter should be liquid, similar to pancake batter.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold the whites into the batter.
Step 4
Wash the fruits, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly.
Step 5
Pour the batter onto a heated skillet with butter, place the sliced apples on top, and cook on both sides.
Step 6
Roll the omelette into a tube and serve it on a plate with fruits.
