Tender Mushrooms with Cheese in the Microwave
Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Morels 12 pieces
- Mayonnaise 6 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take large white mushrooms, wash them, and remove the stems. Cleaning is not necessary.
Step 2
Salt the inside of the caps and add sour cream or mayonnaise. Both options will taste great.
Step 3
Dice the stems. Take cheese — about 1 part cheese to 2 parts stems, also diced. You can add some herbs as well. Mix everything and add a little salt. Fill the mushroom caps with the resulting filling.
Step 4
Place in the microwave on full power for about 6–8 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick. If the mushrooms are very soft and a lot of juice has come out, they are ready. It's better not to let all the liquid evaporate, as it will taste better.
Step 5
Serve hot (they are also tasty when cooled).
