- Almond Flour 3 tablespoons
- Kefir 3.2% 2 tablespoons
- Psyllium 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Butter to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pumpkin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine eggs and almond flour in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add psyllium and kefir.
Step 3
Add baking powder and salt.
Step 4
Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater.
Step 5
Add the pumpkin to the mixture and mix well.
Step 6
Melt butter in a skillet, then spoon the mixture in portions.
Step 7
Once the bottom side is browned, flip and reduce the heat. Brush the finished pancakes with butter.
