Tender Italian Pasta Julien
Ingredients
- Spaghetti 20 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
- Spanish onions ½ piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 tablespoons
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic coarsely.
Step 2
Then chop the champignon mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan and add the mushrooms and onion. Stir.
Step 4
After 3–4 minutes, stir and reduce the heat slightly. Add salt and garlic.
Step 5
After 2–3 minutes, stir and pour in the cream.
Step 6
Then add the grated mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Stir and simmer on low heat for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
Step 8
Drain the water and combine the spaghetti with the mushrooms.
