The mayonnaise made using this recipe has a very delicate taste. It pairs perfectly with salads, vegetable and meat dishes, as well as with red and white fish.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Malt Vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- 10% cream 2 tablespoons
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. They should all be at the same room temperature.
Step 2
Crack the egg into a deep container.
Step 3
Add the mustard.
Step 4
Pour in the wine vinegar.
Step 5
Then add the sumac.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Add pepper.
Step 8
Pour in both types of olive oil.
Step 9
Blend intensively with an immersion blender.
Step 10
Then pour in the cream and blend again until smooth.
Step 11
Transfer the prepared mayonnaise to a storage container.
