Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 25 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Potato protein 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a mixer, beat the cottage cheese mixed with milk. Add the egg yolks, starch, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then gently fold them into the prepared mixture.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with fat or vegetable oil, and sprinkle the bottom with ground breadcrumbs. Fill the prepared dish with the cheese mixture, and place pieces of butter on top of the cheese. Bake at a moderate temperature for 45 minutes until a golden crust forms.
