Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 spoons
- Raisins to taste
- Vanilla extract ½ spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the egg yolks, butter, salt, and vanilla extract.

Stir in the flour and raisins (optional), and knead into a thick dough.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 5
Cook the pudding in a multicooker on the 'baking' setting for 60 minutes, or in the oven at 480°F for 25–30 minutes.
Step 6
After baking, let the pudding cool for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the pudding to a plate.
