  • Cottage cheese 20 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step 1

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar. Combine the resulting mixture with the cottage cheese. Add the baking soda and flour. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Sprinkle some flour on a plate. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and place it on the plate, coating both sides with flour, and fry in oil in a skillet over low heat.

Step 3

Serve the cheese pancakes best with sour cream, as well as with jam, condensed milk, etc.
