Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Eggplants 1 piece
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour a little warm water into a bowl, add salt on the tip of a knife and sifted flour.

Step 2

Knead a soft dough, adding oil.

Step 3

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4

Roll out the dough, cut out circles, place in molds, and bake for 25 minutes at 355°F.

Step 5

Cut the vegetables into cubes, drizzle with oil, and roast.

Step 6

Fill the tartlets with cheese, then top with vegetables.
