- Cream of Norwegian Herring 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Tartlets 12 pieces
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Set aside one fifth of the fillet of Norwegian herring, and pass the remaining fillet through a meat grinder with the cottage cheese. Add sour cream and the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs to the resulting mixture. Mix thoroughly and strain.
Step 2
Fill the tartlets with the herring and cottage cheese mousse, and garnish with diced herring fillet and sprigs of dill.
