
Tartlets with Lightly Salted Muksun

Description
It is important to fill the tartlets shortly before serving, otherwise they will become soggy.
Ingredients
- Tartlets 4 pieces
- Lightly Salted Muksun 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the muksun into thin slices or longitudinal pieces.
Step 2
Arrange the tartlets on a plate, placing a teaspoon or tablespoon of cream cheese in each (I used plain mascarpone so it wouldn't overpower the wonderful flavor of the muksun), then add the slices or pieces of smoked muksun.
Step 3
As a third ingredient, olives or a slice of lemon will look great.
