
Tartlets with Guacamole and Shrimp

Description
You can use tartlets made from shortcrust pastry, vol-au-vents, or even bread for canapés.
Ingredients
- Tartlets 12 pieces
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Chili Flakes 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro 2 sprigs
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half. To remove the pit, insert the blade of a knife into it and twist.
Step 3
Use a tablespoon to run between the flesh and the skin of the avocado to completely separate the flesh from the peel.
Step 4
Place the flesh into the blender bowl.
Step 5
Add lemon juice, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Step 6
Blend until smooth.
Step 7
Spoon the guacamole into the tartlet shells.
Step 8
Place one or two shrimp on top.
Step 9
Garnish each tartlet with a cilantro leaf.
Step 10
Serve with sparkling wine.
