Tartlets with Caviar and Wasabi
Appetizers • Pan-Asian
Description
Tartlets are more convenient than regular sandwiches because the caviar doesn’t slide off and fall, making them easy to pick up with your hands and pop into your mouth whole. So if you're planning a party with a buffet and dancing, this appetizer eliminates the worry of a couple of caviar pearls ending up in someone’s neckline. Wasabi adds a touch of spicy novelty to the flavor of the caviar. Just adjust the heat to your liking: it shouldn't overpower the delicate taste of the caviar. And by the way, wasabi often gets left over when you order sushi delivery, so here’s your chance to use those leftovers wisely and effectively.
