Description
This sauce goes perfectly with battered shrimp.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Pickled Cauliflower ¼ glasses
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Dried Barberry ½ spoons
- Worcestershire Sauce ½ spoons
- TABASCO® ¼ spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the finely chopped cucumbers, green onions, and capers. Add mayonnaise, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, crushed tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
