Tarragon Sauce

Description
This sauce pairs very well with boiled meat or poultry.
Ingredients
- White bread 0 oz
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Tarragon 1 bunch
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread crumb in vinegar. Clean the tarragon (but do not wash it), tear the leaves from the stems, chop it together with the garlic, and place it in a ceramic dish.
Step 2
Add the squeezed bread crumb to the same dish, mix well, and strain through a sieve.
Step 3
Season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper, and while continuously stirring with a wooden spoon, pour in the oil until the sauce reaches a smooth consistency. Store in the refrigerator.
