Description

This sauce pairs very well with boiled meat or poultry.

Ingredients

  • White bread 0 oz
  • Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Tarragon 1 bunch
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the bread crumb in vinegar. Clean the tarragon (but do not wash it), tear the leaves from the stems, chop it together with the garlic, and place it in a ceramic dish.

Step 2

Add the squeezed bread crumb to the same dish, mix well, and strain through a sieve.

Step 3

Season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper, and while continuously stirring with a wooden spoon, pour in the oil until the sauce reaches a smooth consistency. Store in the refrigerator.
