- Potato 15 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender.

Peel the cooked potatoes and mash them into a puree.

Chop the onion coarsely and blend it or grate it using a fine grater.
