Tapas with Spanish Sausage
Ingredients
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Jamón 0 oz
- Parsley 1 sprig
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut a piece of fresh baguette about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Place on a heated skillet and add a little oil. Fry on both sides for 2 minutes over high heat.
Step 3
Spread with cream cheese.
Step 4
Next, spread with mustard.
Step 5
Place parsley leaves on top of the mustard, then add tomato sauce.
Step 6
Top with jamón or thin Spanish sausage.
Step 7
Season with chili flakes.
Step 8
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
Step 9
Place the sun-dried tomatoes on the tapas.
Step 10
Garnish with parsley and serve.
