Tapas with Salmon, Apple, and Red Caviar
Ingredients
- Rye Bread 4 pieces
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 4 pieces
- Pickled Apples 1 piece
- Red Caviar 4 teaspoons
- Natural Yogurt 5 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Celery salt to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together: finely chopped apple, slightly chopped parsley and celery leaves, and red caviar.
Step 2
Add olive oil, grainy mustard, yogurt, salt, and pepper to taste to the mixture.
Step 3
Lightly warm the pieces of bread (until crispy) in a toaster/pan/grill.
Step 4
Brush the still warm pieces of bread with a drop of olive oil and place slices of salmon on top.
Step 5
On top of the salmon, place about 1–1.5 tablespoons of the apple and yogurt mixture.
