Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- Tiger shrimp in brine 10 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Courgette 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 0 oz
- Shallot 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Thyme 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Baking Tomatoes 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the tagliatelle to boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the shallot, garlic, and herbs, slice the zucchini into half-moons, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Cut the tiger shrimp in half lengthwise.
Step 4
Sauté in olive oil, adding the shallot, garlic, shrimp, and zucchini in sequence for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add 50 ml of dry white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then add the cream and canned tomatoes, add thyme and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add the tagliatelle and cherry tomatoes and simmer for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 7
Twist the finished pasta with a fork into a spiral and place it on a plate, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, garnish with a sprig of thyme, and serve.
