Tagliatelle with Salmon and Whiskey
Ingredients
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Irish Whiskey 5 tablespoons
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Heavy cream ½ cup
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 15 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan, add the smoked salmon, and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Cook for three minutes. Add half a cup of cream and 5 tablespoons of whiskey, season with salt and pepper, reduce the heat, and cook for five minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle for two minutes less than indicated on the package. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the sauce, mixing well. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then serve on plates. Top with Parmesan cheese.
