
Tagliatelle with Mushrooms in Cream Sauce

Description
It's very delicious and quick — just 15 minutes and everything is ready. A perfect option for those who are tired after a long day and very hungry :) I use tagliatelle pasta, but you can use any other type.
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Ground coriander a pinch
- Basil to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta. This will give you just enough time to prepare the sauce.
Step 2
Chop the onion in a blender, then sauté it in olive oil over low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the skillet with the onions. Sauté everything for another 5 minutes. Add coriander and basil or any spices of your choice.
Step 4
Pour in the cream (the heat should be very low) and let it simmer until the cream begins to thicken. After that, turn off the heat.
Step 5
Toss the pasta with the sauce.
