Tagliatelle with Mushrooms and Lemon

Ingredients

  • Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 10 pieces
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Tarragon to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place a large pot of water on the stove.

Step 2

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Step 3

In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the olive oil. Add the garlic and sauté. Add the mushrooms and salt. Sauté, then cover and let simmer for 10–15 minutes. Add black pepper.

Step 4

Cook the tagliatelle. Drain in a colander and return to the pot. Add the lemon juice and mushrooms. Stir and add the parmesan. Mix again and serve.

Step 5

Garnish with fresh tarragon leaves.
