Tagliatelle with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Basil 1 bunch
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions until al dente.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with the chopped onion in butter.
Step 3
Pour the cream into the cooked mushrooms and cook until thickened.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce. Mix thoroughly and cook for another minute or two to ensure the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
Step 6
Garnish the dish with basil.
Step 7
Serve the dish hot.
