Tagliatelle with Herb Pesto and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Basil 1 bunch
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Chives 1 bunch
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the tagliatelle.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic in butter for 3–4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Add the cream and cook for about a minute until the cream thickens.
Step 3
To make the pesto, place the leaves in a blender, add the minced garlic, nuts, pour in the olive oil, and blend. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Transfer the pasta to a serving dish, pour over the mushroom sauce, and mix. Serve on plates and drizzle with pesto.
