Ingredients
- Tagliatelle Pasta 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili Pepper 2 pieces
- Zucchini 2 pieces
- Asparagus 2 pieces
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta until 'al dente'.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté a few cloves of garlic and 2 small chili peppers. Once the vegetables are golden, add sliced zucchini, green peas, and previously blanched asparagus to the pan. Sauté everything together well.
Step 3
Add coconut milk to the pan and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Combine the cooked vegetables with the pasta. Heat everything together in the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh spinach.
