
Tagliatelle with Gorgonzola Cheese and Toasted Walnuts

Ingredients
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Scallions 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot (8 minutes). Spread the walnuts on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 5–6 minutes. In a medium-sized pot over low heat, melt the butter, add the cheese and cream, and cook until a smooth sauce consistency is achieved.
Step 2
Lightly chop the walnuts, finely slice the green onion (4 stalks), and add to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked pasta and immediately return it to the pot. Pour in the sauce and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Serve in warm pasta plates, sprinkled with Parmesan and herbs.
