Description

In the classic version, short pasta like penne is often used, but I prefer spaghetti or tagliatelle.

Ingredients

  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Pistachios 2 tablespoons
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Marinated cherries 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blend the basil leaves, parmesan, garlic, and nuts with a generous drizzle of olive oil, season with salt, and process until smooth.

Step 2

Toast a separate handful of nuts in a skillet.

Step 3

Cook the tagliatelle until al dente.

Step 4

Place the finished sauce in the center of the plate, arrange the nests of tagliatelle around it, garnish with toasted nuts, pepper, and serve.

Step 5

If you're cooking in season and have delicious cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and place them on the already prepared plates. It adds a refreshing touch!
