Description

A classic of Syrian and Lebanese cuisine—tabbouleh. Parsley, mint, lemon—freshness at its finest. One of our favorite dishes that has graced many editorial parties. It's best to prepare tabbouleh in large quantities; it becomes even more flavorful the next day.

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley 10 oz
  • Lemon 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Fresh Mint 0 oz
  • Bulgur 0 oz
  • Green onion tops 4 pieces

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cook the bulgur in salted water and let it cool.

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes (you can leave the skin on); otherwise, during the marinating process with lemon juice, the tomato flesh will turn into mush.

Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.
