Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, and Carrot Patties
Ingredients
- Sweet Potato 1 piece
- Pumpkin 10 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cheese 0 oz
- Sour Cream 42% 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Mixed Ground Peppers a pinch
- Sea Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the vegetables and cook them in a pot for about 15 minutes until tender. You can lightly salt the water.
Step 2
Then drain the water. Add sour cream, nutmeg, mixed peppers, and salt — blend everything until smooth. Add grated cheese to the mixture.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it with olive oil. Spoon the mixture onto the sheet in small portions. You can sprinkle more grated cheese on top.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 10-15 minutes (until golden brown).
Step 5
Serve with sour cream or yogurt.
