Ingredients
- Sweet Potato 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chickpea Flour 5 tablespoons
- Coconut Milk 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Ghee to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the sweet potato and carrot, finely chop them, and blend in a blender.
Step 2
Chop the garlic clove and add it to the blender with the vegetables. Add spices.
Step 3
Add the egg and pour in the milk. Whisk together.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Fry each fritter on both sides until golden brown in oil over medium heat.
