Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Margarine 10 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Caramel Syrup 10 fl oz
- Conference Pear 4 pieces
- Frozen Raspberries 10 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Fruit Marmalade 0 oz
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a sponge with warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Cut the margarine into the flour with a spatula until there are pieces of margarine about 1-1.5 cm in size. Mix in the two eggs and add salt to taste, then add the sponge. Mix everything quickly and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 2
Peel the pears, slice them thinly, and marinate them in 50 g of caramel syrup. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out to a thickness of 4 mm, and bake the bases at 375°F for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the remaining syrup onto the baked dough and spread it with a spoon. Arrange the pears, raspberries, and chocolate on top. Bake until done. On the finished pizza, spoon out the cream cheese, marmalade, and mint leaves.
Step 4
You can use different syrups, various combinations of fruits, nuts, marshmallows, or meringue as seen in other photos.
