Description

Sweet omelette with caramelized apples

Ingredients

  • Butter 2 spoons
  • Sugar 2 spoons
  • Pickled Apples 1 piece
  • 10% cream 2 spoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Powdered Sugar ¼ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel and slice 1 large red apple into thin slices.

Step 2

In a 25 cm (10 inch) skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the foam subsides, add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves (about 1 minute). Place the apple slices in the sugar and fry on both sides until golden brown (5-8 minutes).

Step 3

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt using a fork. Pour the egg mixture over the apples and cook for about 2 minutes, occasionally pushing the slightly browned edges of the omelet towards the center.

Step 4

When the omelet is almost ready, remaining slightly runny in the center, pour a little thick heavy cream into the middle of the omelet and add 2 tablespoons of boiled condensed milk.

Step 5

Gently lift one side of the omelette with a plastic spatula and fold one third of it inward. Tilt the skillet over the plate so that the omelette slides off. Once half of the omelette is on the plate, quickly flip the skillet to roll the omelette into a cylinder. Divide the omelette into two portions and serve hot.
