Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Kiwi 10 pieces
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Cognac 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chill the butter beforehand, finely chop it, add the other ingredients, and knead the dough. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then roll it out and place it in a baking dish. Prick it in several places with a fork, cover with foil. Place the dish with the dough in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the dish from the oven, take off the weight and foil. Let the dough cool. During this time, peel the kiwis and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.
Step 3
Arrange the kiwi on the dough so that the entire surface is evenly covered.
Step 4
In a glass bowl, whisk the eggs while gradually pouring in the cream. Add half of the powdered sugar and the cognac. Pour the resulting mixture through a sieve over the kiwi.
Step 5
Place the pizza in the hot oven for another 20 minutes. Let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
