- Baby Bok Choy 4 heads
- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece

Step 1
Heat the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, finely chopped chili, and ginger. Let it cool.

Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the marinade into a pan and bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Fry the fish in the sauce for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Serve with bok choy and rice.
