- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Lean Beef 10 oz
- Pork Mince 10 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Butter 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the breadcrumbs into a large bowl, add the cream and 1/2 cup of water. Mix and let the liquid absorb for 5 minutes. Then combine the ground beef and ground pork, grated onion, salt, and cloves.
Step 2
Add the lightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly and shape into meatballs.
Step 3
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Fry the meatballs for about 8 minutes.
Step 4
Place the cooked meatballs on a plate and serve as an appetizer. Enjoy your meal!
