Ingredients
- Apple 1 piece
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Water 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prevent the apple from browning: mix lemon juice with water.
Step 2
Dip each piece of the swan into the lemon water.
Step 3
Wash the apple and cut it into 2 halves.
Step 4
Cut a part of the apple at a slight angle. The larger part will be the 'body' of the swan.
Step 5
Place the larger part on the cut side. Visually divide the body into three parts: two wings and the back. Cut the parts that will be the wings into slices.
Step 6
From the 'wing' slice, cut a slightly smaller slice, leaving about 5 mm.
Step 7
By cutting slices and then stacking them together with a slight offset, you create the wing of the swan.
Step 8
Form the second wing in a similar manner. You can also create 'feathers' on the back in the same way.
Step 9
From the piece of apple cut off at the beginning, carve something resembling the head of the swan. Use cloves to make the eyes.
Step 10
Make a cut in the 'back' so that the head can be inserted.
