Sushi with Crab and Caviar

Ingredients

  • Crab Meat 5 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
  • Sushi Rice 20 oz
  • Dried Nori Seaweed 1 piece
  • Red Caviar 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Drizzle the crab meat with lemon juice and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cook the sushi rice.

Step 3

Place the nori sheet on a bamboo mat with the smooth side facing down. Evenly spread the rice over the sheet and gently press it down. Using the bamboo mat, roll the nori sheet into a roll.

Step 4

Cut the rice roll into 6 equal pieces with a very sharp knife.

Step 5

Create indentations on the top of the sushi and fill them with caviar and crab meat.

Step 6

Serve with lemon balm leaves.
