Sushi in an Omelet

Ingredients

  • Large eggs 3 pieces
  • Sweet Pepper ½ piece
  • Rice 5 oz
  • Cress salad to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Scallions ½ bunch
  • Corn Flour for Polenta 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and corn flour. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Pour in ¼ of the egg mixture. Fry for 30 seconds, then flip the omelet to the other side and fry for another 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Prepare 3 more omelets in the same way. Allow them to cool.

Step 2

Place ¼ of the rice, sliced pepper, chopped onion, cress, and diced salmon in the center of each omelet. Fold the omelet into an envelope.

Step 3

Tie the envelopes with thin green onion tops.
