- Sunflower Seeds 1 cup
- Garlic 1 clove
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Paprika ⅓ teaspoon
- Parsley 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the raw sunflower seeds well and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.
Step 2
After two hours, rinse the seeds again and place them in a blender along with the peeled garlic clove and the juice from a third of a lemon. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Then add all the remaining ingredients to the sunflower mixture and blend again.
