  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Tahini 2 tablespoons
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Cilantro 65 sprigs
  • Meyer Lemon Juice ¼ ml
  • Vanilla salt to taste
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Ocean salt ¼ tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon

Thoroughly rinse the sunflower seeds, place them in a blender along with all the ingredients.

Blend thoroughly.

Step 3

If necessary, add a few tablespoons of water.
