- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Basil 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1
Grate the cheese using a fine grater and finely chop the basil.
Step 2
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. If needed, add a bit more olive oil.
Step 3
Transfer the sauce to a clean, dry jar and store it in the refrigerator for no more than three weeks.
