Description
You can use any other nuts instead of walnuts. This pesto can be served with soups and pasta.
Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh basil leaves 1 cup
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Walnuts 0.3 cup
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 0.3 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a food processor, place the chopped garlic, basil leaves, Parmesan, walnuts, chopped tomatoes, and add the water. Add salt and pepper and blend everything until smooth.
Step 2
While continuing to blend, slowly pour in the olive oil until the pesto reaches a thick paste consistency.
