Summer Vegetarian Pasta with Beans and Zucchini

  • Pasta 15 oz
  • Beans 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Onion 1 head
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Zucchini 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 6 pieces
  • TABASCO® to taste
  • Chopped Basil Leaves to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, adding the beans 3 minutes before it's done.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the onion over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and zucchini, sauté for another 2-3 minutes, then add the tomatoes and TABASCO sauce. Stir and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Drain the pasta. Toss the vegetables and basil with the pasta, adding pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot.
