The taste is absolutely delightful. Very tender cottage cheese in the middle and a crust on the sides, like crackers with spread.

- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Bran 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with a blender. You can use homemade cottage cheese or store-bought; if it's too dry, add a little milk.
Step 2
Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Wet your hands with cold water, roll the cottage cheese into balls, and coat them well in bran.
Step 4
Place the pancakes (preferably one at a time) in the skillet and flatten them with a spatula.
Step 5
Fry on one side until the pancake starts to lift easily from the skillet when gently pried with a spatula. Repeat on the other side.
