Stuffed White Mushrooms with Crab
Ingredients
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 4 tablespoons
- Aspen mushrooms 10 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic a pinch
- Herbs 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the chopped crab meat with cream cheese, finely chopped green onions, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and spices. Beat with a mixer until a paste-like consistency is achieved.
Step 2
Fill the caps of the large white mushrooms with the crab and cheese mixture, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top.
Step 3
Place on a non-stick baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375°F. Serve with parsley.
