Ingredients
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Rice 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the inner flesh from the vegetables and chop it finely.
Step 2
Boil the rice in salted water.
Step 3
Mix the chopped vegetables with the ground beef and cooked rice, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stuff the vegetables with the prepared mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese on top, and place in an oven preheated to 375°F. Bake for 25 minutes.
