Stuffed Tomatoes with Salad
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Wash ripe, not too large tomatoes, cut a deep hole from the stem side with the tip of a small knife, remove the pulp from the juice and seeds (squeeze lightly), season with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, crush 1 clove of garlic in a garlic press, mix with the cheese and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Fill the tomatoes with the salad and sprinkle with herbs to taste.
