Stuffed Tomatoes with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 12 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté them with the finely chopped onion in vegetable oil. Let cool. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut off the tops of the ripe small tomatoes, scoop out the pulp and seeds, and fill them with the mushroom filling. Garnish with herbs.
Step 3
The tomatoes are served fresh.
